Our workshop processes reinforcing steel to measure: bars cut to length, stirrups, hooks and shapes bent according to drawings and bar schedules.
Finished rebar is labelled by position and bundled so it can be placed quickly and correctly on site. No cutting and bending on site – you save time and material.

Reinforcement
What documents do you need?
Ideally a rebar drawing and bar schedule (PDF, DWG or XLS). If you do not have a schedule, we can prepare one from the drawing.
Do you supply uncut bars?
We primarily supply reinforcement processed to measure. Straight bars in stock lengths can be discussed.
How is the rebar labelled?
Each bundle has a tag with the position number from the bar schedule so fixers can find and place it easily.
