What data we process
Through the inquiry form we process your name, company, email, phone, delivery location and any further information you voluntarily provide in the description or attached file.
Purpose and legal basis
We process the data to handle your inquiry and prepare a quote (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and for possible follow-up business communication (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry, no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless a contract with a longer statutory retention period is concluded.
Recipients
We do not pass data to third parties except hosting and email providers processing data on our behalf under contract.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.gov.cz).
